If i could give 10 stars,i would. From the first phone call to the closing day,i felt that they care. Eric showed up,same days professional picks with drone in air. Not even 5 days later we got offered more then i asked. Communication, professionalism, the help I needed to home inspection, contacts for repair, and I mean everything these people and Eric just jumped on it and get it done. If you want to sell your house fast , worry free, CALL THEM.

Cole helped me and my parents purchase a home and turned a nightmare into a dream. My parents were selling their home out of town and it seemed to be one issue after the other with inspections and repairs but he took the pressure off by taking care of all the issues of this property as well as helping the out of town agent with negotiations. DISCOUNT REAL ESTATE BROKERS

Many people embarking on selling their home do not fully understand how real estate commissions work. When selling your home, a commission is agreed upon by the seller and the listing agent. The commission is referred to as a percentage of the final sales price.
